You will have unlimited access to me via email. Also, when necessary, we will communicate via telephone or video. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, increase endurance, eat healthier; whatever it is, I'll be with you every step of the way. In person these sessions would cost you over $100.00 per hour, but having me as your go-to for an unlimited time each month will only cost you $39.95 on a subscription basis. Payment will be done via PayPal.
